Room Mate Alicia, Madrid

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the location is unbeatable. Situated on a beautiful plaza in the heart of the city, it provided the perfect base for exploring all that Madrid has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a mini bar that was restocked daily. And to top it off, the breakfast included was a delightful start to each day, offering a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The only downside, if any, was that the temperature control in my room wasn't functioning properly. However, given the hotel's central heating and cooling system, I understand that it may be limited in its capabilities.

I had such a great time at Mate Alicia. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I loved how clean and well-maintained the rooms were. And let me tell you, the view from my room was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The hotel itself had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madrid.

The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore all the interesting areas in the center of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and the hotel facilities were great, especially the private terrace with a splash pool and seating areas. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was conveniently located in the restaurant downstairs. But what really stood out to me was the friendly and accommodating staff.

The breakfast buffet offers a nice selection, and the hotel even provides complementary cold water and fresh fruit in the lobby.

The hotel had amazingly helpful staff were really nice to make our stay comfortable. They were quick to help us with restaurant reservations and even made calls on our behalf. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. the rooms were spacious and well laid out, providing us with a comfortable stay.

There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room, such as a broken banister and a mini bar fridge that wasn't very cold. these issues did not significantly impact our overall experience.
